MALINKA ITALIA S.R.L. LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATION

Malinka Italia S.r.l., (VAT number 08022861218) with registered office in Via A. Laterizio n. 73, 80035 Nola (NA) (hereafter "Malinka"), has organized a loyalty program called "MALINKA Loyalty Program" (hereafter: "Program") and with this document (hereafter: "Regulations") inform the participants of the MALINKA loyalty program (hereinafter: "Participants") on how to carry out and participate in the Regulations.

The purpose of the Program is to allow each Participant to take advantage of discount coupons, prizes and to participate in Malinka's promotional initiatives, valid on the Site and at all Malinka Italia Stores (hereinafter: "Stores").

These advantages can be granted on the basis of participation in the Program or the achievement of points accumulation

1. DURATION OF THE PROGRAM

The Program starts on 24/04/2019 and will end on 31/12/2019, except for any extensions that will be promptly communicated through the updated Program Regulations available on the Site and at all Stores.

2. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

Participation in the Program takes place through registration, completely free of charge, to any person over the age of 18 or over the age of 16.

Registration for the Program is individual and takes place through the registration of a procedure that can be performed from the site or in the Stores, through which all the mandatory data indicated must be communicated, providing true indications. The incomplete communication of such data will not allow enrollment in the Program.

3. POINTS COLLECTION

Each Participant for every € 1 spent at Malinka Stores or at the website www-2bro9.hosts.cx can collect 1 Point.

Points will not be credited for purchases of less than € 1 or for fractions of € 1.

The value portion of the receipt paid with the Gift Card will not generate any Points credit.

Points will not be charged for purchases made without the Participant identifying himself according to the modalities foreseen by the program. Once the receipt has been issued, the Points cannot be credited later.

The points will be credited and accounted for by the system within 48 hours. In case of technical unforeseen events, the points can be loaded in a longer period.

4. NATURE AND VALUE OF INDIVIDUAL AWARDS

Below is the table with the individual prizes covered by the Program, with an indication of the prizes and the related points necessary to request them, as well as the value and usability of each prize during the Program

5 € VOUCHER - The required score is 100 Points (100 € of purchase in Malinka Shops and online through the website: www-2bro9.hosts.cx) and you will get a shopping voucher worth 5 €.

The voucher can be spent against a purchase with a minimum value of € 20.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - valid only for participants enrolled in the Program for at least one day.

They will have the opportunity, for their birthday and the following two days, to take advantage of the 20% discount on all Malinka products.

REGISTRATION –10% discount: By completing the registration the Participant will receive, on the first purchase, 10% discount on a selection of products not in promotion.

COMBINABILITY - The coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. It should be noted that during the period of the balance campaigns promoted by Malinka, Participants will not be able to use their vouchers on all the marketed products to which a discount is applied. In no case can the prizes specified in the previous table be replaced and / or converted into cash.

5. POINTS BALANCE

Points collected through participation in the Program will be recorded in a database maintained and administered by Malinka.

The Participant will be able to know their points balance through the purchase receipt or through the Website in the customer section "Personal Area". The points accumulated by a Participant refer only and exclusively to it and are not transferable to other Participants.

The points expire on 31/12/2019. From midnight the next day, the balance of each Participant will be reset.

For any dispute or claim regarding your points balance, it must be made in writing and sent to customer service, within 30 days of viewing your points balance.

6. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the Participants will be processed by Malinka, as the owner of the data, in accordance with the provisions of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and subsequent amendments and / or additions, also through the use of electronic tools, for the purposes related to the complete execution of the Program.

A copy of the privacy policy is available on the Site and in the Stores.

7. CHANGES AND SUSPENSION OF THE PROGRAM

Pursuant to art. 1990 of the Civil Code, Malinka may revoke or modify the methods of execution of the Program for just cause. In the event of early termination or suspension they will be communicated to the Participants as far in advance as possible (at least 30 days before) through the Site and at all the Stores. Any changes will be made known to Participants through specific communications on the Site and at all Stores.

8. REVOCATION FROM THE PROGRAM

In the event of fraudulent or abusive participation in the Program, or other violations of the Malinka Program, you may immediately withdraw your membership and exclude a Participant from the Program.

Participants can, at any time, end their membership of the Program by connecting to their personal area of ​​the Site.
